Mandatory Health Insurance enrollment is due Wednesday by 2pm

To ensure you have health insurance in 2025, you MUST return your health insurance packet to our Health Insurance Trust even if you will have no changes to your coverage. 

By November 27th, you specifically need to return your:

Enrollment Card
Standard life insurance enrollment form
Payment deduction form (this is part of the life insurance change to The Standard that starts in January)

Get this done TODAY. If you did not receive the forms, check your email. If you still need them or have questions, contact our benefits administrators at the hall at CCFF@ebms.com.
